The Key of Alignment: Self-Worth. The New Man - David Mitts

Divine Alignment: Self Worth The New Man that, in reference to your former manner of life, you lay aside the old self, which is being corrupted in accordance with the lusts of deceit, and that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind, (Ephesians 4:22-23 NASB) One of the issues of alignment for our victory in life is the area of self-worth.   We have spoken over the last 2 weeks about the self-worth vacuum that exists inside all of us by God’s design.   We are created with a hunger for value. Listen to Self Worth - The New Man It is for this reason that when Yeshua began His Ministry He underwent baptism at the hands of John to fulfill righteousness. But John tried to prevent Him, saying, "I have need to be baptized by You, and do You come to me?" But Jesus answering said to him, "Permit it at this time; for in this way it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness." Then he *permitted Him. (Matthew 3:14-15 NASB) This means, to me th

The Key of Alignment: Self-Worth Association - David Mitts

Divine Alignment: Self Worth Association Then the LORD God said, "It is not good for the man to be alone; I will make him a helper suitable for him." (Genesis 2:18 NASB) Last week we spoke about the alignment variable of self-worth.  We spoke about how we were created to need affirmation of our value.  We see this in Yeshua’s ministry time that the Father affirmed Him in terms of His identity and value twice by declaring audibly: This is my Beloved Son in whom I am well pleased.  This is a declaration of value and it was essential to Yeshua’s ministry time on planet Earth because He was fully human and needed that designed food of affirmation of worth. Listen to Self Worth Association Because there is a void of self-worth in man, we all need it primarily from God!  But God also stated that there is an essential need to man to receive “goodness” from others.  Primarily this need is supposed to be met through covenant oneness in marriage. What do I

The Key of Alignment: Self-Worth - David Mitts

Divine Alignment: Self Worth But one has testified somewhere, saying, "WHAT IS MAN, THAT THOU REMEMBEREST HIM? OR THE SON OF MAN, THAT THOU ART CONCERNED ABOUT HIM? "THOU HAST MADE HIM FOR A LITTLE WHILE LOWER THAN THE ANGELS; THOU HAST CROWNED HIM WITH GLORY AND HONOR, AND HAST APPOINTED HI M OVER THE WORKS OF THY HANDS;  (Hebrews 2:6-7 NAS77) Listen to Self-Worth We began to speak last week about divine alignment. When we align ourselves to reality then life works the way it is supposed.  The biblical term for this alignment is justification. Like a typewriter of old or a word processor, there are margins and tabs of alignment, so there are margins and boundaries of alignment for those who have been made justified.   When we are aligned correctly our margins are right.  By margins, I am speaking about the belief boundaries of our heart.  We act in accordance to what we believe to be true. for all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God, being justi

The Key of Alignment - David Mitts

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse. For even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God, or give thanks; but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened. (Romans 1:18-21 NAS77) When we study natural process, it reveals spiritual process.  Actually they are one whole.  The natural world reveals the operations of the spiritual world and the spiritual world directs the natural world. God’s Word is the revelation of the spiritual world that impacts the natural world. Part of what makes our lives difficult is our alignments.  What do I mean by align
