Righteousness: Who am I - David Mitts

For who among men knows the thoughts of a man except the spirit of the man which is in him? Even so the thoughts of God no one knows except the Spirit of God . (1Co 2:11) Click here to listen to " Righteousness: Who am I " Giving opportunity - God went to a widow in a foriegn land to show himself strong during a famine. He desires to move through those willing to listen to His voice. Listen and give according to your willingness of heart. Feel free to use the "DONATE" button One of deepest cries of the human heart is to know that we are significant, that we matter. A chief lie of the enemy of our soul is that there is no meaning to our lives except that which we make up. He wants us to believe that all truth is relative to whoever is thinking a particular truth. In other words, you control your own reality. This is tempting to us because we crave the power of reality control. It stems in us back to Garden when we were promised that when we had our ey...

The Love Key, The Secret to Purpose - David Mitts

Note: Prior to today's teaching was a powerful word asking the question - "Is there integrity in YOUR being? " - Listen here  to see what your heart has to say about it Beloved, let us love one another, for love is of God; and everyone who loves is born of God and knows God. He who does not love does not know God, for God is love. In this the love of God was manifested toward us, that God has sent His only begotten Son into the world, that we might live through Him. In this is love, not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation for our sins. Beloved, if God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. No one has seen God at any time. If we love one another, God abides in us, and His love has been perfected in us. By this we know that we abide in Him, and He in us, because He has given us of His Spirit. And we have seen and testify that the Father has sent the Son as Savior of the world. Whoever confesses that Jesus is the Son o...

Purpose and Destiny - David Mitts

"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, And before you were born I consecrated you; I have appointed you a prophet to the nations." (Jeremiah 1:5 NASB) We have been sharing for the past 2 weeks on attitudes of the heart that produce fruit in our lives, 30-60-100 fold.   We saw last week that it is the abiding reality that produces fruit.   It is when we lose “our life” that we gain His life. "He who has found his life will lose it, and he who has lost his life for My sake will find it. (Matthew 10:39 NASB) We spoke in past sessions about how our sense-based life is a distraction to the life of the Spirit that is our native environment.   Our senses generate built-up experience.   Experience is NOT the best teacher because it is a rear mirror.   We cannot drive very well without a rear mirror but is the forward view that is most critical!   When we try to figure out life from what we have accumulated, we doom ourselves to repeat those experie...

The Key of Alignment: Self-Worth. The New Man - David Mitts

Divine Alignment: Self Worth The New Man that, in reference to your former manner of life, you lay aside the old self, which is being corrupted in accordance with the lusts of deceit, and that you be renewed in the spirit of your mind, (Ephesians 4:22-23 NASB) One of the issues of alignment for our victory in life is the area of self-worth.   We have spoken over the last 2 weeks about the self-worth vacuum that exists inside all of us by God’s design.   We are created with a hunger for value. Listen to Self Worth - The New Man It is for this reason that when Yeshua began His Ministry He underwent baptism at the hands of John to fulfill righteousness. But John tried to prevent Him, saying, "I have need to be baptized by You, and do You come to me?" But Jesus answering said to him, "Permit it at this time; for in this way it is fitting for us to fulfill all righteousness." Then he *permitted Him. (Matthew 3:14-15 NASB) This means, to me th...
