The Key of Alignment - David Mitts

For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness, because that which is known about God is evident within them; for God made it evident to them. For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes, His eternal power and divine nature, have been clearly seen, being understood through what has been made, so that they are without excuse. For even though they knew God, they did not honor Him as God, or give thanks; but they became futile in their speculations, and their foolish heart was darkened. (Romans 1:18-21 NAS77)

When we study natural process, it reveals spiritual process.  Actually they are one whole.  The natural world reveals the operations of the spiritual world and the spiritual world directs the natural world.
God’s Word is the revelation of the spiritual world that impacts the natural world.
Part of what makes our lives difficult is our alignments.  What do I mean by alignment?

Alignment is like gravity and balance.
When we are correctly aligned to God then we operate with power and are strengthened in all that we do.
So, what our alignment variables?  What are the levers and dials that we have input on and can adjust and how do we adjust them for optimal performance and integrity?  I don’t claim to know them all.  I am just like you are.  I want my life to work and experience the satisfaction of true success.  The word success means different thigs to different people.
I know and I believe you know that we have a living God who organized reality to lovingly fulfill a definite purpose.  And I know, and I believe you know that our minds and hearts need to be renewed to that purpose. Romans 12:1-3:

I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that you present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable to God, which is your reasonable service. And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith. (Romans 12:1-3 NKJV)

Since this is to be an act of worship, then our alignment through the renewing of our mind, which demonstrates or “proves” God’s will, His purpose, then the more we align ourselves with Him as reality the more He is worshipped.  Worship then moves from something we do with music or with offerings or even prayers, all of which are legitimate acts of worship but into a greater living reality where our very lives are an expression of worship.

This is what it means to be His Word made flesh.  Yeshua was the Word made flesh.
He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. He came to His own, [3] and His own [4] did not receive Him. But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name: who were born, not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but of God. And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and truth. (John 1:10-14 NKJV)

He was the only begotten of the Father at that point.  Then as the scripture says in verse 11, as many as received Him and believed in His name, He gave the right to also be begotten of the Father through the Holy Spirit, through His will, His purpose.  Now as He is so are we, children of God.  I know you know this but I think Church teaching has exalted Yeshua to such a position and diminished the children of God to such a position that we have lost access to our inheritance as Sons and Daughters.  So we live at best as shadow people.  We are in the shadow of Yeshua and content to be in that shadow.  But He never saw us nor sees us or ever will see us as shadow people.  He sees us as lights.
You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, but on a lampstand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven. (Matthew 5:14-16 NKJV)

He who is the Light calls us lights.  This means that our lives are to shine with Glory!  Glory, remember is the opinion of God made real.  Unlike human opinion which is based on limited perspective and thus subject to constant change, God’s opinion, His Glory, His vote, is eternal and never changes. It is settled.  When it is validated by our agreement, then it becomes His Glory in us.  This is the message of alignment.
BUT I want to make a distinction of alignment with principle, which becomes quickly dead works even though it is with a living power and alignment with a living dynamic person, God.

We can align with a principle of truth and be effective relative to that truth.  For example we learn about gravity and we learn to step inside certain boundaries.  This is a principle.  BUT we could learn to come into relationship experientially and personally with the giver of gravity.  Then we could walk on water! We could be translated.  We could be in heavenly places!  You see there is alignment with principle and there is oneness.  Oneness doesn’t just acknowledge truth and lives with respect to the truth, but becomes one with truth as a living relationship.

Take your and my salvation for example.  We don’t just receive Yeshua’s lordship and salvation as a fact or reality.  That would be a principle which demons accept.
You believe that there is one God. You do well. Even the demons believe--and tremble! (James 2:19 NKJV)

But as children of God we have actually allowed that truth to become “one” in us and have entered into a new reality where the principles of salvation are no longer something we just respect.  NO we ARE saved!  This reality is now our reality and it changes everything about life, dying, heaven, etc.  We don’t full even understand what is happened, we just know that we know that we have been born again. We are aligned now with Him and we can truly say:
God, who made the world and everything in it, since He is Lord of heaven and earth, does not dwell in temples made with hands. Nor is He worshiped with men's hands, as though He needed anything, since He gives to all life, breath, and all things. And He has made from one blood [78] every nation of men to dwell on all the face of the earth, and has determined their preappointed times and the boundaries of their dwellings, so that they should seek the Lord, in the hope that they might grope for Him and find Him, though He is not far from each one of us; for in Him we live and move and have our being, as also some of your own poets have said, 'For we are also His offspring.' (Acts 17:24-28 NKJV)

So, now that we can understand what I mean by alignment, we can look at other components that we want to become one with and thus reveal Him in us to the creation which is travailing under the burden of unrevealed glory which is a strain because of who we truly are.
For the earnest expectation of the creation eagerly waits for the revealing of the sons of God. For the creation was subjected to futility, not willingly, but because of Him who subjected it in hope; because the creation itself also will be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God. For we know that the whole creation groans and labors with birth pangs together until now. (Romans 8:19-22 NKJV)

So even nature is under the burden of ignorance.  Why? Because God never took away the authority He gave to His children.  So the more ungodly we become, the we damage reality itself. BUT the more we come into living oneness with Him, the transformation of reality into its full glory is at hand!
So, we want to align. Lisa is aligning by going to help her mom.  Generational alignment is key, hence Blessings Generation seminar in a few weeks.  The is a flow of blessing that occurs when we align generationally.
Throughout the BEST Shabbats, we will be exploring alignment and activating spiritualy into alignment.  Today, I want to activate the BIG picture of our lives: I want to take an honest look at what is and what needs to change.
Activation:
1. Make a list of 10 things in your life with which you are not satisfied.
2. Make a list of all the pain, suffering or sorrow in your life as a result of this diminished lifestyle
3. Make a list of how you would have those things to be if there were no limitations.
4. Make a long list of as many benefits as you could think of that you believe these changes would bring to your life , your happiness, your personal peace, your relationships with others, and your relationship with God.
5. Make sure your list of benefits is twice as long as the list of pain and problems. The longer  better!
6. Imagine what it would be like to enjoy those benefits. Try to come to the place where you would know what it actually feels like to experience the benefits.
7. Ponder this until you feel passion to have those benefits in your life, even if it takes days or weeks.  First thing in the morning and last thing at night is the best time to think on these things. See and feel yourself enjoying the benefits of these changes.
8. Acknowledge to God that you know He wants you to have the best.
9. Make a decision that you will seek until you find
