Walking in Fruitfulness - Part 2 - David Mitts

"For "WHO HAS KNOWN THE MIND OF THE LORD THAT HE MAY INSTRUCT HIM?" But we have the mind of Christ." 1 Co 2:16 (NKJV)

We have been looking at how to maximize results in our lives.  We want exponential change.  This is called by Yeshua the 30-60-100 fold return on the seed of God’s Word or His promises to us.
We looked at Mark 4 as the master parable of increase. Let’s turn there and read from verse 1.
And again He began to teach by the sea. And a great multitude was gathered to Him, so that He got into a boat and sat in it on the sea; and the whole multitude was on the land facing the sea. Then He taught them many things by parables, and said to them in His teaching: "Listen! Behold, a sower went out to sow. And it happened, as he sowed, that some seed fell by the wayside; and the birds of the air [15] came and devoured it. Some fell on stony ground, where it did not have much earth; and immediately it sprang up because it had no depth of earth. But when the sun was up it was scorched, and because it had no root it withered away. And some seed fell among thorns; and the thorns grew up and choked it, and it yielded no crop. But other seed fell on good ground and yielded a crop that sprang up, increased and produced: some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some a hundred." And He said to them, [16] "He who has ears to hear, let him hear!" (Mark 4:1-9 NKJV)
We see ¾ of the heart soils are not productive.  One takeaway from this is that success is NOT a crowd event.  If we are going to bear fruit in our lives, we should first recognize that it is not common.  75% of the heart conditions are non-fruit bearing. If we have built our lives either consciously or subconsciously by trying to find out who we are through the words and actions of others then changing the condition of our heart is going to feel very uncomfortable. OK Let’s continue:
But when He was alone, those around Him with the twelve asked Him about the parable. And He said to them, "To you it has been given to know the mystery of the kingdom of God; but to those who are outside, all things come in parables, so that 'Seeing they may see and not perceive, And hearing they may hear and not understand; Lest they should turn, And their sins be forgiven them.' " [17] And He said to them, "Do you not understand this parable? How then will you understand all the parables? (Mark 4:10-13 NKJV)
Here, Yeshua makes a distinction between disciples and outsiders.  Disciples have voluntarily submitted themselves for God’s best in their lives.  That is what this BEST program is about.  Giving you access to Kingdom keys that are just parables or stories to others.  For many the Bible is a book of stories.  We are talking about entering the story, becoming living epistles.
For that to happen we need a new perception skill, eyes that can see, ears that can hear and understand and a heart that is committed to turning, to repentance.  In this place our sins are forgiven.  The word translated forgiven is a quote from Isaiah 6:9 and if you turn there and see the Hebrew it is the word “Rapha”.  Rapha means literally a restoration to the original intended design and function.  The word picture is of a head with an open mouth.  This, can mean that the confession of the mouth is open to the Spirit of God.  Rapha could be seen that health is when the Word of God gets  in our hearts aligns with our speech.
So as disciples, we need healing in our perceptions.  It is like there is a plague in mankind of mediocrity.  It is a sickness and the medicine for the plague is a new set of eyes, a new perspective, a way of activating our true inner man and a new set of ears that can hear the voice of God and a heart that is filled with His Love which all together allows us to turn, or if you will to return to the original seed that is eternally in our heart.
OK Let’s go to the explanation that Yeshua gives His disciples to unlock their hearts so they can walk in their destiny.
The sower sows the word. And these are the ones by the wayside where the word is sown. When they hear, Satan comes immediately and takes away the word that was sown in their hearts. These likewise are the ones sown on stony ground who, when they hear the word, immediately receive it with gladness; and they have no root in themselves, and so endure only for a time. Afterward, when tribulation or persecution arises for the word's sake, immediately they stumble. Now these are the ones sown among thorns; they are the ones who hear the word, and the cares of this world, the deceitfulness of riches, and the desires for other things entering in choke the word, and it becomes unfruitful. But these are the ones sown on good ground, those who hear the word, accept it, and bear fruit: some thirtyfold, some sixty, and some a hundred." (Mark 4:14-20 NKJV)
We saw over the past few weeks that these are 3 heart attitudes that are common and rob us of our inheritance.
1.     Criticism, and accusation or judgments
2.     Shallowness, no roots or commitments
3.     Becoming distracted by outer cares and signs of success through riches.
The solution then is to have a different kind of heart, which the Scripture calls the Mind Of Christ, which is the thoughts of  the anointing.
Last time we spoke about the anointing. We looked at Isaiah 61:1-4 and began to examine what the purpose of the anointing is in terms of conditions of the heart:
"The Spirit of the Lord God is upon Me, Because the Lord has anointed Me To preach good tidings to the poor; He has sent Me to heal the brokenhearted, To proclaim liberty to the captives, And the opening of the prison to those who are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, And the day of vengeance of our God; To comfort all who mourn, To console those who mourn in Zion, To give them beauty for ashes, The oil of joy for mourning, The garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; That they may be called trees of righteousness, The planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified." And they shall rebuild the old ruins, They shall raise up the former desolations, And they shall repair the ruined cities, The desolations of many generations. (Isaiah 61:1-4 NKJV).
The first area we looked at was the preaching of good news to the poor.  Good news for the poor is that they can get out of poverty by dealing the with heart condition of poverty which is lack.  Now remember that the Lord said they need eyes to see, ears to hear, and a heart to understand to turn and be healed.  Healing for the poor is not about money but about the Kingdom and righteousness.
But seek first the kingdom of God and His righteousness, and all these things shall be added to you. (Matthew 6:33 NKJV).
Righteousness is about what is right.  Another way of saying that is righteousness is what is true in the anointing.  This is what is true “in Christ”.  In Christ, means in the anointing.  So in the anointing “My God shall supply all of my needs by His riches in glory through Christ Jesus”.  In glory means in the true identity of God and His Kingdom.  This is the mind of Messiah, His thoughts.
The second part of the anointing is binding up of the brokenhearted.  Binding is a way of collecting things together.  How do we collect things together?  We do it with a system.  Organization is part of healing the broken heart. Organization requires what? A vision for a finished product!
The seed contains the blueprint of the finished product. The acorn contains the oak tree.  You might ask, “when is it an oak tree?”   It is always an oak tree.  The acorn cannot produce a different tree.  Its DNA is OAK tree.  When we get born again, it isn’t a changed version of ourselves with the Holy Spirit in our heart.  That isn’t being born again.  That is carrying 2 people, two seeds, you and Him.  When we get born again, the Bible tells us our sins go from scarlet to white.
"Come now, and let us reason together," Says the LORD, "Though your sins are as scarlet, They will be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They will be like wool.
(Isaiah 1:18 NASB)
This is not a change but a transformation.  Being born again means that our entire life is transformed into a new creation, past, present and future.  The broken heart is the fractured life we lived in our own response to life.  It is a life of ungodly conclusions and reactions to a fallen world.  The anointing that lives in us as the transformed life that was born again eternally of incorruptible seed is has bound our lives into an organized heart that is one again.  If that were not true, we couldn’t receive healing.  Healing is already in our heart!
When we received the Lord’s salvation, he already healed us in our heart.  All we have to do is receive what is already present.  His anointing, the Mind of Christ already has brought wholeness to our heart.  It is already present like riding a bike as an ability.  When you learn to ride a bike you always know how.  You aren’t always riding.  You have to get on a bike but you always know how.  You’re being is transformed from non-bike rider to bike rider.  In a same fashion when you receive the Lord you go from broken hearted to bound up hearted, organized and in order.  Now, like the bike to you have to ride!  You have to walk as a whole and healed person.  Any emotions or thoughts that arise in your head or in your feelings that are contrary to your healed condition are lies from the broken world system that you see all around you by the eyes and ears and knowing of your experience through the externals.
But Yeshua has given you eyes to see, ears to hear, and a heart to understand, so you can turn and be made whole, be bound up, and be healed.  You just have to get on! See yourself healed because you are. Hear His promises. Know Him!  What life in this world is reinforcing through fallen eyes, fallen ears, and fallen hearts is that we are changing.  Mostly the report is one that is reinforced by our history.  Yet what is true is that we are NOT changing, we are transformed!

What is transformed is our entire lives, past present and future.  One seed, the life of the flesh has died and a new seed has been planted in our hearts, the life in Christ, in Messiah.  This seed comes with a new history, a new present and a new future.

Yeshua’s first miracle was transforming water into wine.  Wine must by definition have a history.   The best wines have a long history.  They are called aged.  When He transformed the water into wine, it came with a new history.  If you could talk to the wine it would speak of being grapes and being picked and being fermented and being placed in oak barrels and after many years it was ready to be poured out.  Where did all of that happen?  It happened in the eternal realm.  When Yeshua called it forth, it came with the DNA of wine and its transformed history.  It was wine, past, present and future.  You have a new history.  You are no longer the shy kid or the sneak.  You are no longer the abused child,  You are no longer water.  No you are wine.  You have a Holy redeemed past, present and future.  The anointing that lives in you is not from your history as water but His history as sinless, free and powerful.  Your heart is bound up now.  It is no longer fractured.

Now, the life you live in the flesh you live by the faith of the Son of God.
"I have been crucified with Christ; and it is no longer I who live, but Christ lives in me; and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by faith in the Son of God, who loved me and gave Himself up for me.(Galatians 2:20 NASB)

Activation:  We need to exercise the eyes of the Spirit in us, hear with ears of the Spirit and understand with heart and in doing that return and be healed.  We have been transformed with a new past, present, and future.  Write out the story of your childhood, now as the childhood that was sinless and free.  Take 3-4 times when you were hurt or disappointed in your story and ask Yeshua to be in those times and allow Him to re-write the story.  Whatever weakness you took away from the event, let Him transform it into new wine.
