“And they overcame him because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, and they did not love their life even when faced with death.” (Revelation 12:11) Note: No Audio of Video for this blog...text only We have been exploring the overcoming power of the blood of the Lamb. We saw that life is in the blood, and that the blood has a voice. It speaks or pleads on our behalf against the voice of the accuser. The voice of the blood also invites the Lord to live in our house, the temple of His Presence. We receive a blood transfusion and a heart transplant when we receive the Lord. All of this is inherent in the blood and the voice. This chapter, I want to turn our focus to the power of the voice as revealed in the testimony. The verse tells us overcoming comes by the “word” of the testimony. I want to dive deeply into that phrase. What is a testimony and what is the “word” of the testimony?
