We have been focusing on the power of our testimony, the words we use to connect with the power of our salvation, our healing and deliverance from the bondage of the world system. The world system throws us into confusion. It does this by overwhelming us with many voices. The word confusion comes from the Latin root, “confusio”, which means to mix together. We get into confusion when we mix the holy with the common. Distinctions disappear into the mess and our thinking and actions become muddy. In the last days, God says, I will pour out my Spirit on all people. Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams. Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy. (Acts 2:17-18 NIV) We are in the days of prophesying.  What is prophesying?  The Hebrew word root is “Nava”.  It is composed to a “nun” and a “bet”.  Nun is the word picture for a seed and bet is the word picture for a house of dwelling.  So prophesying is the seed or deposit that is in the house or the inner man.  We are the houses or dwelling place of the seed which is the Word of God.  So what is in our hearts or our inner man is our prophetic declaration.  We are always prophesying; we are always declaring what is in us. The  Vision and Our Words Last Week pastor David talked about having a dream and visions in terms of getting the breakthrough.   We were challenged and encouraged to create a “vision map”, writing down various steps it takes  to see the culmination of the vision… After having an encounter and experiencing the out pour of God’s Spirit, we are to make sure  we don’t forget what God revealed and what He  has  said….
