Living in the covenant, we come into oneness with our Lord and savior, Yeshua. “that they may all be one; just as You, Father, are in Me and I in You, that they also may be in Us, so that the world may believe that You sent Me.” (Joh 17:21) How do we come into that oneness? It is through the blood. What is blood and how does it bring us into oneness? First let’s lay the framework for what the blood is beginning with the Hebrew letters. Blood is a simple word with just two letters which convey a powerful reality. In Hebrew blood is “dam”. Dam consists of the dalet and the mem. Dalet is the word picture of a door which tells us right away that blood is a gateway. The “mem” is the character for water and is used to represent chaos...

Covenant is the heart of our salvation. We are saved not because of legalism or because of any conditions on our part, that would be works salvation. Instead, we are saved based on God’s word. God is both the author, the giver of the Word and the guarantee based on His Word, the completer of our salvation. This has always been the case. Feelings of the shame that comes from illegitimacy can affect the way we see ourselves and our claim on the victories in our lives.  What is legitimacy really all about ?  With respect to our   birth,  legitimacy is de termined  by  the marriage  covenant  of the parents .   When a child is conceived  in a marriage covenant, as a boundary generated by the pledges of 2 individuals and through them two lineages , the child is celebrated as the legitimate fruit of that covenant.
