The Bible speaks of a special anointing on the sons of the tribe of Issachar! They understood the times and because of that understanding were able to strategically communicate to the tribes of Israel. "From the sons of Issachar, men who understood the times, with knowledge of what Israel should do, their chiefs were two hundred; and all their kinsmen were at their command." 1Ch 12:32 (NASB) We have a tendency as Christians, to live according to static principles from the Bible.
