Keynote Speakers


Missy Sikora is the Director of the Yavapai Family Advocacy Center (YFAC), a facility which helps child and adult victims of interpersonal violence. Her agency works with local law enforcement and Department of Child Safety (DCS) to reduce trauma to victims by providing a safe and supportive environment and facilitate a team approach to advocacy, investigation and prosecution. In her role as Director, she also serves as the facilitator of the county wide Multi-Disciplinary Team and serves as the county Children's Justice Coordinator. Missy is on the Yavapai CASA for Kids Foundation board of supervisors and is the current board vice president. Missy is a member of the Community Coordinated Response Team dedicated to address domestic and family violence in Yavapai County, the Yavapai County Child Fatality Review Team, the Yavapai County Overdose Fatality Review Team, and she co-chairs the Yavapai County Multi-Disciplinary Task Force to respond to Human Trafficking.

Missy has a Master's Degree in Education, a Bachelor's Degree in Counseling and Human Services and is also a graduate of the Certified Public Management Program from the Bob Ramsey School of Business at Arizona State University. yfac.org

Detective Joshua Dillenbeck started his career in Law Enforcement when he was hired by the Prescott Police Department in January of 2015. He graduated the Northern Arizona Regional Training Academy, located here in Prescott in May of 2015.

After graduating the Police Academy, he spent his first six years as a Patrol Officer in the Patrol Division. In March of 2021, Det. Dillenbeck was assigned to the Investigations Section as a S.A.R.T Detective (Sexual Assault Response Team). Since becoming a S.A.R.T Detective, he routinely attends Multi-Disciplinary Team meetings and Coordinated Community Response Team meetings. When asked about why he likes his current position, Det. Dillenbeck stated, "I like the position because I get to work closely with my victims to try and get them positive outcomes to help them heal."

 Shauna Sexton is the Program Director for the Human trafficking rescue and recovery program at The Phoenix Dream Center, a student at Grand Canyon University and a mother to 1 daughter. Shauna is a product of the DC having taken advantage of this same program almost 4 years ago and in that time she found her passion. As the Director at the PDC she manages and leads a team of individuals who serve survivors of sexual exploitation through human trafficking. She is a certified expert in trauma-informed care and a member of high-level governmental human trafficking relief teams: The city of Phoenix Human Trafficking Task Force, and The Maricopa County Child Sex Trafficking Collaborative, which work with service providers and survivors all over the state. phoenixdreamcenter.org

Quang Nguyen is currently serving as State Representative for Legislative District 1 at the House of Representatives. LD1 covers Yavapai County and a small part of Coconino County. In his first term, he introduced 11 bills with 6 signed into law by Governor Doug Ducey. Those bills included religious rights, patients rights, second amendment rights, and civics education. Rep Nguyen emigrated to the United States as a war refugee at the fall of Saigon. He is currently residing in Prescott Valley with his wife. They have two adult children living in both coasts with his daughter serving in the US Navy as a Naval officer. guanaforarizona.com
